Under Indonesian law regarding dietary supplements and health products (Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and implementing regulations), refunds on dietary supplements are typically not permitted once the product has been opened or used. This policy aligns with standard practices across the dietary supplement industry in Indonesia.
2. Non-Refundable Products
All dietary supplement products sold through Klaurvita are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of the reason. This includes products that are:
- Opened or partially used
- Unsealed or tampered with
- Stored improperly
- Returned without original packaging
3. Defective or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival (unopened and in original condition), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographic evidence. We will evaluate such cases on an individual basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Return Process for Defective Items
If you believe you have received a defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos showing the defect
- Provide your order number and date of purchase
- Do not open or consume the product
- We will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days
5. Expiration and Storage
All products are shipped with expiration dates that provide adequate shelf life when stored properly. Refunds will not be issued for products that expire due to improper storage by the customer or use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.

While our standard policy is non-refundable, consumers in Indonesia retain all rights guaranteed under Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. In cases of legitimate consumer protection violations, consumers may file complaints with relevant authorities.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier upon shipment. Klaurvita is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. For shipping damage claims, please contact the shipping provider directly with proof of damage.
